The ACC offers automatic SecKey generation for accessing secured ArchiveLink Content Repositories. After exchanging a security certificate with the target archive, the ACC retrieve documents from a secured archive by adding a security wrapper to unsecured (external) request to a repository. The function can be limited to certain servers, individual repositories, a list of whitelisted documents only, or a combination of all these security measures. The feature allows access to secured archives from third party applications, workflows, emails, and external clients.

The ACC Single Document Archiving Tool allows the storage, retrieval and verification of a single document into an SAP ArchiveLink repository. The tool set can be used stand-alone or in combination with other scripts and tools to test and verify the functionaltiy of ArchiveLink repositories or in a production setting to added documents to an ArchiveLink archive from an external (third party) application.

The Archive Content Downloader (ACD) is an HTTP client program allowing the download of archived documents from an SAP ArchiveLink compliant content repository.
The program connects to any compliant content repository, reads a local CSV file containing a list of documents in a simple line-based format, sends individual HTTP/HTTPS GET requests for each document in the list, determines the appropriate file extension, and saves the file with a unique name to the local disk in an output directory.
The ACD is fully SAP ArchiveLink security compliant with HTTPS communnication and encryption capabilities, transmission of verified SAP SecKeys for each document request, protocol files for completeness checks, and detailed logging.

The ACC Document Repository Verification Tool verifies the existence of all stored documents in a given repository. A simple status check is performed for each document. Missing documents are flagged. Full test retrieval of each document is optional.

ArchiveLink Mass Archiving Test and Upload Tool allows the mass archiving of a single or multiple documents from a file system into an SAP ArchiveLink compliant repository. This functionality is highly useful for new deployments of SAP ArchiveLink archives to test production and quality control / test environments.
