SolutionXchg will provide FIRST LEVEL support for all companies directly contracting with solutionXchg for KGS Support and Maintenance. In order to serve you better, we require that you open a support ticket with us EVERY time you require support from solutionXchg in regards to a KGS product under active support. Please make sure you have your KGS logs files and configurations files sent to us in a separate email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot effectively support you without this information.
